Documentation
What exists today, and where to ask about the rest.
There is no help centre yet
Writing one properly is a project rather than a page, and a scaffold of empty article stubs would waste your time. Until it exists, ask us directly — a real person answers, usually the one who wrote the code you are asking about.
What is written
- The walkthroughEvery stage of a review, with screenshots of the real application.
- Pricing and billingThe price table, a cost calculator, the threshold ladder and every limit.
- Security and dataWhere your text goes, how long it stays, and what we have not done yet.
- Open-source noticesThe licences of everything OtterSR is built on.
Inside the application
The screening workspace has a keyboard cheat sheet on “?”. Every stage explains its own empty state and says what to do next. Where a number could mislead — an accuracy figure from six decisions, a cost estimate with no history behind it — the app says so instead of showing it.
